発熱と咳が止まらなかった為、電話連絡後に診察をしてもらう為伺いました。 遅い時間にも関わらず丁寧に対応して頂き感謝しかありません。結局のところ、インフルエンザに感染していました。薬局の薬剤師も丁寧に親切に対応して頂きました。本当にありがとうございました。

コロナワクチンの予約の問い合わせで電話をかけたところ、時間前の案内が流れたのですがその留守電の対応が既に怖かった。最後のあたりは喧嘩腰というか、何に怒ってるのか、とにかく、ん?と嫌な感じになる案内でした。その後、時間が来たので再度、電話をかけたところ、一瞬、絶句してしまうほどの不機嫌な大きな声の早口の女の人が捲し立てるように電話に出られて、あまりの対応に言葉に詰まっていると、こちらが話し終わっていないうちに、畳みかけるようにあからさまにイライラした感じで対応され、思わず、「もう、結構です」と言って、電話を切ってしまいました。以前、電話応対の仕事に携わっていた事がある身としては、あれほど酷い印象を与える応対をする人は、半世紀ほど生きてきて初めてでした。その後、いろいろな方の口コミを見て、あー、ここは受付の人だけでなく、お医者さんも怒鳴るタイプの、行ったら心まで病んでしまう可能性のある病院なんだと恐ろしくなりました。興味のある方は、時間外の電話対応から聴いてみてください。本当に、怖いです。

かかりつけ医の予約がいっぱいでとれず、こちらはかかりつけでなくてもインフルエンザ予防接種ができると電話で確認し朝から1才と2才を連れて並び、問診票を書いて、熱を測り、呼ばれてやっと打てるーと思ったのに、診察室でなぜかかりつけ医でもないのに来たんだ!?と高齢の医者に怒鳴られた。そしてワクチン打ってくれず帰された。。そっちの連携ミスでしょうが。。小児科医のくせに子どもの目の前で怒鳴るとか、、医師としてもそうだけど人としてどうなんでしょうか?温和な自分でも低評価コメントしたくなるク○医者。同じ医療者としてとても腹立たしかったです。 ここがかかりつけ医でなくて本当によかったです!!! もう絶対に行きません。

出張先だったこともあり診察してもらいました。医師の受け答えが上から目線で横柄で腹立ったので高圧的な態度に変えたら大人しい物言いに変わりました。こんな横柄な口のききかたをする医者は初めてです。 しかも患者の目の前で看護師を怒るのやめてもらえませんか?感じ悪いし。 医師ってそんなに偉いの? 仮にも患者=客ですよ。何様だよ? 腹立つわー。 会計の時 処方箋も隣の薬局でもらって下さい。って言われたから薬局まで指定するんですか?って聞いたら そんなことはありませんけどって回答が。何もかもが不愉快すぎます。二度と行きません。病院嫌いになりそうです。

かかりつけ医が休診だった日、子の熱が出たので以前何度かお世話になっていたこの病院にきたが、対応が最悪だった。まずコロナ対策のためか車で待機・診察だったのだが、先生が来たので話をするために窓をあけようとその時だけエンジンをかけたらすごい勢いで「エンジンをとめなさい!うるさくて診察できないだろう!」と怒鳴られた。その後もお薬手帳を見て「この子のことは全く知らない!見たことない!かかりつけ医があるならそこで見てもらえ!なんでここに来た!」と怒鳴られた(※診察で何度か来てた)。その後も怒鳴られ、診察はちょろっと。薬と頓服を出されたがまったく効果がなくかかりつけ医に行ったらまったく別の病気で即入院になった。ですよね、怒鳴っただけで対して診察してないもんね。先生の機嫌が悪かったのか、怒鳴られるし対して診察しないし誤診だし、何もいいと思えるところがない。この対応は一生忘れられない。二度と行かない。
