T	Takuro Fujimura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な不動産仲介会社さんとお話ししましたが、圧倒的に対応が良かったです。建売を探し始めだった頃、こちらの漠然とした条件に対し、物件候補をたくさん提案していただき、嫌な顔もせず10件近く内見に連れていっていただきました。 (たくさんの物件を見ることで、自分の中で譲れない点、妥協できる点を徐々に明確化できました) 担当してくれた営業の方は終始『遠慮せず、何でも要望を仰ってみてください』というスタンスで、実現のための方法を全力で一緒に考えてくれました。お金の試算も条件が変わる度に即作り直して渡してくれるので、不安を感じずに検討を進めることができました。また、うちは４歳の子供を連れていったのですが、キッズコーナーにはおもちゃが充実しており、スタッフの方が優しく遊んでくれて非常に助かりました。唯一の難点は駐車場が狭くて停めにくいことなのですが、帰りに駐車場を出るときはスタッフ数人で全力の誘導をしてくれます笑最初はビックリしますが、職場の雰囲気の良さを垣間見ることができます。 I talked with various real estate agents, but the response was overwhelmingly good.
