それだけならまだしも、客の見えるところで店員さんを叱責している姿を見ると、食事に来ているのに本当に腹立たしくなる。本社はなんでこんな人を店長にしているのか本当に理解出来ない。本社の人事・採用は機能していないとすら感じる。働く人あっての店なのに、身内への感謝も出来ない店長が客に感謝出来ているか甚だ疑問。本社がそれを許容しているならいいんじゃない。ただ、知らずにいるならガン病巣を見て見ぬ振りをしているのと同じ。店舗毎の離職率を見てみては？それで店長の器量が測れるというものだと思う。
ちゃんとデータ分析したほうがいい。ダメな店長は働いてる人をダメにする。

You should analyze the data properly. A bad store manager ruins a working person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月28日の夕方にこちらの店舗利用しました。料理はすごく美味しかったのですがグラスやお皿の汚れが目立って気持ち悪かった。子供が居てる中で注意するのも嫌だったので、夜に本社宛にメールいれさせてもらいましたが、1回目は返事なく10日経って再度メール入れたら返事が来ました。1回目のメールはセンターで原因不明で確認出来なかったとか、そんなんあるのか？とりあえずコップの汚さは洗浄機内の水の定時入換と定期的な手洗いを実施しするという対策を本社に含めて実施するとのことで、星1個増やしました

安い、美味しい、感じいい、お腹いっぱい、子供に優しい味、文句の付けようがありません。
他に比べて空いてる（笑）のもいい感じです。
もっと早く知ってれば良かった！

すでにテナント入りしている大◯屋さんと似たような定食が多いですが、私としては味は菜々家の方が好きです。
濃すぎず、優しい味です。お惣菜バイキングか、ドリンクバーを好みで選べたり、手作り豚汁に変更できたりするのも嬉しいです。
店員を呼ばずとも、全てタッチパネルで済ませられるのは良いですね。
中にはキッズスペースもあり、平日の昼間などママさん達には助かるのではと思います。
ただ最後に、会計をしてくださった背の高めの45〜50位の年齢の店員の方（他の方が言っているのと同じ男性でしょうか。。。）は、とても愛想が悪かったので、ちょっと気分が良くなかったです。
白衣やエプロンもとても汚かったので、表に出てくるのならもう少し気を使った方がいいと思いました。

私はお惣菜をチョイス。
湯豆腐や里芋煮、ペンネやポテトサラダ、ナムル、アップルシナモン蒸しパンなど常時15種類程度のお惣菜がバイキングできます。ご飯もおかわりできます。
隣の客とのディスタンスも良いです。
鯖の味噌煮を頼みましたが、しまった！！サンマの塩焼き食べたかった…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荒井店の印象が良かったので、ララガーデンにある菜々家にも行ってみました。
お店の方は明るく親切で、少し混んではいましたが、なるべく両隣が空いている席に案内してくれました。
のんびり選びながらのタッチパネル注文は気楽でありがたいし、ドリンクバーも補充が早くて良かったです。
お料理も美味しかったし、相変わらずソフトクリームがついているのはちょっぴり嬉しくて、ゆっくりランチ出来ました。
テイクアウトのお客様も多かったです。
コスパのいいお店だなぁと今回も感じましたね。
