新築で一戸建てを購入するも、様々な不具合が見つかり連絡するも、その対応に現地確認に来るまで2週間以上、業者手配をするのも2週間以上掛かるのはザラで、実際補修にあたるまで１ヶ月以上を要する。
外構工事の見積もりを3週間程前に依頼したが、未だに現地確認も連絡も無し。
最近聞くようになった飯田グループの会社だが、営業も工事担当もかなりの低レベル。
ここが関係している新築物件を購入するのはお勧め出来ません。
 Anyway, the response is slow.
Even if you buy a new detached house or find various problems and contact you, it takes more than 2 weeks to come to the site confirmation to deal with it, and it takes more than 2 weeks to arrange a contractor, and it takes 1 month to actually repair it. The above is required.
I requested an estimate for the exterior construction about 3 weeks ago, but I haven't confirmed or contacted the site yet.
The Iida Group company that I've been hearing about recently, but the sales and construction staff are at a fairly low level.
We do not recommend buying new properties that are relevant here.
