前に神戸と大阪と京都でビフカツを食べたとき、『あ。とんかつと違って薄いのか』と思ったんだけど、ここのはとんかつのような厚みがあって非常に美味しかったです。
関東でビフカツ体験、初です。
今回は酒のつまみで食べましたが、今度はぜひご飯のおかずでソースたっぷりかけて食べてみたい。
柔らかくて、またとんかつとは別の魅力がありました。
けどやっぱり、揚げたのは豚が好きで、牛は焼いたのが個人的には好きかな。笑

When I ate bifukutsu in Kobe, Osaka and Kyoto before, "Ah. I thought, "Isn't it thin like a tonkatsu?"
This is my first time to experience Bifukatsu in the Kanto region.
I ate it with a sake snack this time, but I'd like to try it with a side dish of rice and a lot of sauce.
It was soft and had a different charm from the tonkatsu.
But after all, I like pork fried and personally like grilled beef. Lol
