晴天の霹靂という品種のお米を使った菓子類も販売されていますが、その米粉を使った白いキャラメルが美味でした。砂糖だけでなくお米の甘さがあり、生クリームとバターを使った一般的なキャラメルよりもさっぱりとしています。

Confectioneries using rice varieties of sunny skies are sold, but the white caramel using the rice flour was delicious. Besides sugar, there is sweetness of rice, refreshing than general caramel using fresh cream and butter.
