自己資金0で新築戸建を探しておりましたが、夫が外国籍のためローンが難しいと他の2件の不動産屋で言われ、諦めて中古物件も見に行こうと思い、たまたまsuumoでアイエーさんを見つけました。
来店し、お話するうちに、「奥様(私・年収300万ほど)名義でも十分ローン組めますよ」と教えて下さり、その後非常にいい新築戸建を見つけ、本当に私でも通るローンを見つけて下さいました。ローンを探すのも手続きも、本人がやらなければいけないこと以外は全てやってくださり(もちろんリーズナブルな代行手数料は払っています)、無知な自分でもスムーズに手続きが進み、自己資金ゼロ(手付金50万ほどだけ用意し、ローン手続き後は手元に残りました)で素敵な新築戸建に住むことができました。引き渡し後も、すまいの給付金の案内をこちらが聞かずともしてくださり、大変ありがたいです。
