同級生と同僚から聞いたセリフです。
15年くらい前までは家族皆でお世話になっていました。
私は親に連れられそこしか知りませんでしたが結婚し、他にいくつかの歯科医院にお世話になるようになって、いかに通っていた並木歯科医院さんが悪かったかを思い知りました。
(私の親も歯に関して考えが足りなかったと思います。)
他の歯科医院では当たり前のようにある定期歯科健診などは一切無く、虫歯治療では付けてもらった銀歯がその日の内に外れて取れてしまう。
数日後に外れることも。
歯のことに関して質問しても「歯の質が弱いんだねー」と言うだけだったり、とにかく全てにおいてヤル気も感じられません。
何も無くてもクリーニングしてほしいと行った際も見ただけで帰されました。
患者さんなんて来なくていいと思っているように捉えられます。
いつもモヤモヤしていたのが、最初に書いた同級生と同僚の言葉で、ああっ！やっぱり！！確信になりました。
家族にももう行かないよう他に行くよう伝えました。
昔の話で申し訳ありませんが、ずっと気になっていたのでクチコミさせていただきました。
