★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて公民館を利用しましたが、窓口の職員さんがとても親切でした。又、公民館、文化会館、体育館そして北浦庁舎がまとまっているので便利です。ただ、公民館の出口で喫煙者が結構いたのでもう少し離れた場所での喫煙場所等の配慮があればと思いました。
 I used the public hall for the first time, but the staff at the counter was very kind. Also, it is convenient because the public hall, cultural hall, gymnasium and Kitaura Government building are gathered together. However, as there were quite a few smokers at the exit of the public hall, I thought that there would be consideration for smoking places etc in a little further away place.
