大企業出身者はマウントマンになり、その他は教育制度が無いに等しいのでただの烏合の衆となります。
幹部や元幹部が本社のことを町工場呼ばわりしてる事からも、社内の風通しの悪さが垣間見える。
本社はいいところなので、本当に残念で仕方ないです。
Most of the employees in this division are mid-career or part-time workers.
Those who come from large companies will be Mountman, and the others will be just a crowd of people because there is no education system.
The fact that executives and former executives call the head office a town factory gives a glimpse of the poor ventilation of the company.
The head office is a nice place, so I'm really sorry.
