★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パソコンのトラブル時に、店舗までパソコンを持ち込めば定額5,000円で設定修理取付等コミコミでやってくれます。2014年にグラフィックボードの故障(自身で購入した新規グラボの取付込)、2018年にOS(Windows10)の不具合で持ち込みましたが、両回とも定額のみでちゃんと直してもらえました。応対も丁寧で安心感があります。また何かあれば次回も利用させていただくつもりです。
If you have a problem with your computer, you can bring it to the store and it will be set up, repaired and installed for a fixed amount of 5,000 yen. I brought it in in 2014 due to a malfunction of the graphic board (installation of a new grabbo I purchased myself) and a malfunction of the OS (Windows 10) in 2018, but both times I was able to fix it properly with only a fixed amount. The reception is also polite and there is a sense of security. If anything happens, I will use it again next time.
