説明は興味深く、施術も上手。目から鱗！の体験もできる。施術よりも睡眠や栄養、運動が大切だという説明も納得できたが、それを実践するためのツールは高価格。売りつけられるようなことはないが、ツール込みで考えるとかなり高くつく。
