k	kazu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんな催し物あります。ちょっと、古い建物ですが場所も相楽園のそば、元町からすぐ。坂道がちょっときついですが? 喫茶コーナーと、ちょっとした読書すぺーもあります。 There are various entertainments. S	S Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四宮神社を少し北に歩いて西側にあります。山手幹線から見えますがロイヤルホスト下山手店の真北です。建物はそれなりに古いですが中には喫茶店が入り談話室があったり地元密着型といったローカルな雰囲気です。おそらくカルチャースクールやピアノ演奏など催しが上の階で定期的に行われているかと思います。駐車場は有料で近隣利用みたいですが駐輪場はありました。トイレはバリアフリーがあり車椅子もトイレ前に2台あり貸し出してくれるようでした。バリアフリーのトイレはトイレットペーパーが変な位置に付いていて気付きにくいのでお気をつけ下さい。写真載せておきます。 It is on the west side walking a bit north of the shrine. 伊	伊坂理 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小〜中規模の文化会館です。歴史能力検定の受験のために来たので特筆することはありませんが、建物自体は古く2階に上がると電車の走行音のような音が響いており、不安になります（何の音だろう？）。 1階にはカフェがあり、試験までの時間が潰せて良いかと思います。 It is a small to medium-sized cultural center. I came here to take the historical ability test, so I don't have to mention it, but the building itself is old and when you go up to the second floor, it makes a sound like the running sound of a train, which makes me uneasy (what kind of sound is it? ?). There is a cafe on the 1st floor, and I think it's okay to kill the time until the exam.
