賃貸物件で話しをしたが、早く申込みしないとなくなる。

内装の見積もりをする時間だけ抑えるのは無理。
申込み・審査だけ急がせるだけ急がせて、結果は以前から大家さんと話しをしてた人に貸します。だって！

その物件、募集してないのと同じじゃん。
管理できてないでしょ。
案内用の合鍵持ってるだけですね。
約束の日には電話してこないし。
こちらからかけても、折返しないし。
文句いえば、それなら待ってもらうのもなんなんで今回は……って、何？
