★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美作ラグビー・サッカー場のの上に 水道公園があります。旧美作町時代の１９９７年ボランティアで楊貴妃・御衣黄桜等７０種２０００本また２０１０年６０本補植され シカなどの対策を立てながら 今日に至り 一時に咲くのでなく 時差を設けながら 咲いてくる。従って ３月終わりから４月中頃まで花はある。水道のタンクがあるところまで 自動車で登れるが 途中の大広場に置くのが無難であろう。湯郷に止まられた方は 山越えに 水道公園に来られる。３０分も 歩くと登れるので朝の散策にはよいであろう。下に アリーナ・野球場・ぶどう上の構陵館 ラグビーサッカー場が眼下に見られる。遠くは 間山・中国山地も一望。公園の上には 屋根はないが 椅子や台があり ゆっくり休める。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美作アリーナの裏山にあたるところにあります。桜が山中に植えてあって、季節の時にはすごくキレイです。頂上まで上がると色々な桜が植えられているので、見ごたえがあります。
