★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和そして平成前期までは、賑わいを見せていた商店街。今は典型的な地方のシャッター通りとなってしまった。平日の夕方の車両通行規制も無くなり、営業してる店は数える程しかない寂しい現状。
かつて、ここにはマツモトキヨシが出店してたとか、商店街西端には立派な煙突を持つ銭湯があったと話しても、今の人には信じられないかもしれない。それくらい、見る影もなく寂れてしまった。
 Until the Showa era and the first half of the Heisei era, the shopping street was busy. Now it has become a typical rural shutter street. There are no restrictions on vehicle traffic on weekday evenings, and there are only a few stores that are open.
It may be unbelievable to people today to say that Matsumotokiyoshi once opened a store here, or that there was a public bath with a magnificent chimney at the western end of the shopping street. That much, I was lonely without a shadow to see.
