わからないことを聞いただけなのにまるでクレーマーから文句を言われたかのような言い回しで、これまで嫌なお客さんがいたからなのかもしれませんが、人としてどうかなあと思います。
安いから文句を言うなということなんですかね。そういうお店と割り切るしかないですね。
おばさんは親切だそうなので、電話する時は一か八かです。
