型番の末尾が抜けた位で製造終了だの部品は出ないとか…
現行品は型番の末尾にアルファベットたった１文字が増え
タイヤが増えた位で後は殆ど変わらないのに堅苦しい。
アフターパーツのサービスは誠実さは薄いですね。
海外製品輸入販売がメインだからこの様なんですね。
ユーザーの需要が減ればホームセンター等でも扱いが
減っていきますね。
他のメーカーは幾らでもあるから
代理のホームセンター様はご苦労様でした。

長野県の小布施町や須坂市に程近い高山村。ここに、（株）ナカトミという会社がある。空気処理に関わりのある多様な製品を出している優良会社。
10年以上前に購入して重宝していたSpot Heater（Jet Heater）が、パイロットランプ点灯だけになってしまったので、いつものように自分で修理しようと試みたが、修理すべき対象は、ICチップの塊。諦めて、メールで問い合わせをしたところ、一日を置かず詳しい資料を添えた回答があった。大滝さんという担当者からのものであった。
この迅速さと懇切で丁寧な回答。とても感激しました。購入したホームセンターに預けて、ナカトミでの修理依頼えおする迄の時間は、一日半。
こんな応答速度の速い事例は、空前絶後のことであった。
大滝さんのお人柄に感謝して、この記録を残します。
十年以上前の購入価格は、３万円前後であったと記憶している。

When I gave up and made an inquiry by e-mail, I received a reply with detailed materials in less than a day. It was from a person in charge called Mr. Otaki.
This quick and courteous answer. I was very impressed. It takes a day and a half to leave it at the home center where you purchased it and request repairs at Nakatomi.
An example of such a fast response speed was unprecedented.
I am grateful to Mr. Otaki for his personality and will leave this record.
I remember that the purchase price more than 10 years ago was around 30,000 yen.
