★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前に中古車をこちらの店で買って、2年間走行距離５０００㎞！
新たに車検を受けようとして車検屋さんに持ち込んだら、後輪付近のフレームに大きな穴が発覚！車検を通すことができませんと言われました。
普通に5000㎞走ってできるような穴ではありませんとはっきり言われたので大野自動車さんに相談に行ったら、社長がうちの責任ではないとの事！
アフターサービスが全くなってないお店でした。
「何とかして車検は通してあげますよ」というとこでしたが、その「なんとか」という言葉、皆さんはどう思いますか？
実際その車に乗る人の気持ちを考えたらそのような言葉が出るのでしょうか？
こちらは命の預けている車ですよ！
会社の社長、社会人、人間としてちょっと。。。あきれました。
あまりにも言葉が出ません。
こちらの店で中古車を購入、車検を依頼する予定の方のために書いておきました。
あくまでも私一個人の体験談なので皆さんご参考までに、
なんかトラブルがあったら自己責任でお願い致します。
I bought a used car at this store two years ago and traveled 5,000 km for two years!
If you take a new car inspection and bring it to a car inspection shop, you will find a large hole in the frame near the rear wheel! I was told I couldn't pass the car inspection.
I was clearly told that it wasn't a hole that I could normally run for 5000km, so when I went to consult with Ono Motors, the president was not responsible for it!
The shop had no after-sales service.
You said, "I will pass the inspection somehow." What do you think of the word "somehow"?
Do you actually get such words when you think about the feelings of the person in the car?
This is the car that lives in!
A little as a company president, member of society, and human. . . I was so excited.
I don't speak too much.
I wrote it for those who are going to buy used cars at this shop and request inspection.
