●11,000円のカラー+トリートメントのクーポン(施術により金額が上がる場合があるとの表記は確かにありましたが)を使用にも関わらず、最終表示された金額は33,000円。
しかも知らない間に。
こちらが聞くまで途中途中の内訳説明は一切ありません。
●明るめのミルクティーベージュをオーダーした結果、仕上がりはブルーの入った白髪のおばあちゃんにしか見えない完璧なまでのグレーヘアー。
●トリートメントをキャンセルしたにも関わらず施術時間５時間。(こちら側のトイレや疲れの気遣いは一切ありません)
●タオルドライの時も摩擦させるやり方ですし、ドライヤー時も雑すぎて、ブチブチ髪の毛を引きちぎられるのでかなり痛かったです。
●客席によっては若者のたまり場と化しているくらいやかましい。
結果、仕事は愚か外出すらしたくない仕上がりで、めちゃくちゃやり直してもらいたかったのですが、閉店時間を過ぎて私が最終の客になっていましたし、次の日から店が2連休の為、泣く泣く帰ってからセルフカラーしました。
高額を払って貴重なお休みを潰し、髪をボロボロにし、最低な気分でしかありませんでした。
絶対二度と行かないです。
