★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウオキのお寿司美味しいです。魚屋なのでネタは新鮮/すしめしは少し柔らか目ですが、ネタと馴れてバラバラにならずに口に入ります。
大トロが有るときは必ず買いますが、中トロと赤身の時が多いかな。
私的には穴子の押し寿司がお薦め。
Uoki's sushi is delicious. Since it is a fish store, the ingredients are fresh / the sushi is a little soft, but you can get used to it and eat it without breaking it apart.
I always buy it when I have a large Toro, but I wonder if there are many times when I have a medium Toro and lean meat.
I personally recommend conger eel sushi.
