近年は外国人が増えて居ます。写真を撮る方が夜が明ける前から三脚を立てて並んでいます。
人種関係なくマナーの悪い人も増えています。
逆さ富士の観られる可能性が富士五湖の中では一番低いです。夜は何年か前から対岸のライトが見えるようになり残念です。

駐車場が狭く、富士山に気を取られていると結構危ないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 河口湖インターを本栖方面へ３０分、精進湖民宿村からなら１３９号線を本栖方面へ５分。
青色の看板の身延、下部温泉郷へ右折します。
レストラン本陣つかささんを右に見ながら直進します。
トンネル手前を左に。
浩庵さんの前です。
お財布から千円札を出してみてください。

さすが千円札の富士山になるわけです、素晴らしい眺めですね。
ここは身延町です。本栖湖は富士河口湖町と身延町にまたがっています。
冬はスポーツセンターの先で通行止めとなってますので来た道を戻ります。
夏は一周してみましょう。道は細いけれど木のトンネルが涼しくて気持ちいいですよ。
30 minutes from Kawaguchiko Interchange towards Motosu, 5 minutes from Shojiko Minshuku Village towards Motosu.

結構、急な坂道でした?
展望台まで30分と書いてありましたがそんなにはかからなかったです。

本栖湖公衆トイレの駐車場横が、スタート地点になっています。
ここからでも、雄大な富士山を見ることはできますが、この登山口から頑張って30分、680メートル登ったかいがあった、と思えるほどの絶景が中ノ倉峠の展望デッキにはありました。
千円札の裏側の富士山は、この中ノ倉峠からの写真をモデルにしたとのこと！
素晴らしい展望は、間違いないと思います。
峠まで30分とは言え、結構急な坂道なので、履いている靴には注意したほうが安全だと思います。
峠の途中に、木々が開けた場所が２ヶ所あり、2番目の場所が千円札の裏側に近いような気がしました。
