★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年11月2日にお惣菜コーナーでパックのお好み焼きを買い、自宅で半分食べた所で小さなネジが出てきたので食べるのをそこでやめ、その日にお店に持って行きました。
サービスカウンターの女性がすぐ丁寧に謝罪してくださり、返金を申し出てくださいましたが半分食べていて申し訳ないので断りましたがそれでもとおっしゃってくださったので有難く代金分をいただきました。
その後、調理の年配の女性を呼びお二人で「どうしてだろう？」と悩まれていて、その後、調理の方が私にも謝罪してくれましたが真顔で怖い感じでした。
どういう感じでネジが入っていたのか説明がいるかと思いその間お店に居ましたら、（と言っても調理の方の最初の謝罪から15秒程の間ですが）調理の方が目をクワッと見開き、顎を上げ、再度「どうもすいませんでした！」と追い払うように強めに言ってこられたので帰りました。
私はお店に行くのをかなり迷いましたが、返金してほしかったわけでも謝罪してほしかったわけでもなく、誤飲していたら危険だったので今後、他の方に起こらないようにお知らせしたかっただけで行きました…。
母と食べたので母が誤飲していたらと思うと怖かったです。お昼も台無しになりました。行くのも手間ではありました。
それなのにそんな態度をされる理由は分かりません…。とても悲しかったのでニチエーさんにはもう行きません。とても残念に思っています。
On November 2, 2018, I bought a okonomiyaki of packs at the prepared food corner, and when I ate half of it at home, I stopped eating it and took it to the store that day.
The lady at the service counter apologized immediately and asked for a refund, but I was sorry because I ate half of it.
After that, I called an elderly woman who was cooking and was worried about "Why is it?" After that, the cooking apologized to me, but it was a serious and scary feeling.
If you were in the store for a while and thought that there was an explanation of what the screw was in, then the cooking would be more crazy (even if it was about 15 seconds after the first apology of cooking) I opened my chin, raised my chin, and went back home because I was strongly told to drive away "I'm sorry!"
I was quite at a loss to go to the store, but I didn't want to refund or apologize, and it was dangerous if I swallowed it, so I wanted to let others know that it won't happen in the future Just went ...
I ate with my mother and I was afraid that my mother would accidentally swallow it. The lunch was ruined. It was a hassle to go.
I don't know the reason for that attitude ... I was so sad that I wouldn't go to Nichie anymore. I am very sorry.

訪れて良かったです。

開発に２年の唐揚げの試食が美味しかったので思わず買いました。

何より店員さんがお客さんによく挨拶をされているのがとても好印象でした。買い物をしていてすごく気持ちが良かったです。こういうスーパーが今後もっと増えてほしいですね。
