★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末バックランプ交換時にテールランプを止めるネジを紛失したので、正月明けに尋ねましたが、「うちでは注文番号がわからないので注文できない。注文番号も調べれない。」と一蹴されました。
多分ネジ1個の事ですので儲けもないので面倒だからぞんざいな扱いを受けたのでしょう。仕方なく自分でネットで調べてみると比較的簡単に見つかりました。素人でも簡単に見つけることができるのに、ホンダのディーラーが見つけれないとはなんともお粗末な会社だなと感じました。
 I lost the screw that holds the tail lamp when I replaced the back lamp at the end of the year, so I asked at the beginning of the new year, but I was dismissed as "I can't order because I don't know the order number. I can't look up the order number."
Maybe it's just one screw, so it's not profitable, so it's troublesome, so it's probably treated badly. I had no choice but to look it up on the internet and found it relatively easily. Even an amateur can easily find it, but I felt that it was a poor company that a Honda dealer could not find it.
