今はコロナでシャワーは使えませんが、冷水機は使用出来ます。
施設は新しくはないですが、清掃は行き届いていると思います。
I use the gymnasium to play basketball.
You can't use the shower in Corona now, but you can use the water cooler.
The facility is not new, but I think it is well cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年か前は勤労福祉センターと、女性会館と言った場所。今は、勤労しやサービスセンターや商店街連合会、商工会議所中野支部などが入っている。地下に多目的ホールがあり、1階は広いホールと入り口を入って左手奥に会議室がある。そして2階に前記の団体の事務局がある。さらにその上の3階には大会議室がある。区内の団体などの総会などに利用されている。飲食は禁止されているので新年会などには向かない。なお、駐車場はあるが原則?クルマでの来館は禁止です。ある程度厳しくしないと付近も含めた環境を守る為だと思われます。
A place which said a few years ago was the labor welfare center and the female hall. Now, workers, service centers, shopping center association, Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch Nakano etc are included. There is a multipurpose hall in the basement, the first floor enters a large hall and entrance and there is a conference room in the back of the left hand. And there is the secretariat of the above group on the second floor. There is also a large conference room on the third floor above it. It is used for general meetings such as groups in the ward. Since eating and drinking are prohibited, it is not suitable for New Year 's party etc. Although there is a parking lot, in principle it is prohibited to visit the car. It seems to be to protect the environment including nearby unless it is tough to a certain extent.
