PCR検査をするために行ったのですが、検査する1時間前に食べ物を食べたらいけないと言うことを知らされてなかったので検査をした時、食べ物のカスが入ってしまっていて感じの悪いオバさん看護師に「食べ物のカスが入ってしまったのですが問題ないですか？」と聞いたら感じの悪いおばさんたちがコソコソ話し出して検査の1時間前から食べ物を食べたらいけないんですよ？といやーな言い方で喋り出してまた明日ですねと、知るかそんなもん

こちらで出して貰った薬が合わなくて具合が悪くなったので見てもらいたく来院したが、薬が合わないことは無いと言い、一方的に話をするのみでこちらの話は聞いてくれる様子はありませんでした。
とても不快でした。
先生だけでなく看護師の方で感じが悪い方が居ます。
ベテランの方だと思いますが敬語もまともに使え無いようなので接客を勉強された方が良いと思います。
コロナ禍でドライブスルー診察もありますが、院内は感染対策はアルコールジェルがぽんっと置いてあるのみ。
そして待合室はとても密になっていました。
年配の通院者が多いので対策をされたほうがいいと思います。
私は二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はしっかり寄り添って話をしてくださり、受付の方も接しやすかったです。発熱がありコロナの検査をしたのですが、検査結果も先生自ら電話して来てくださりまた何か心配な事があれば来てねと優しく声を掛けてくださいました。
