新	新たったら〜 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客というものをあまり理解していないと思われる車で行きどこに止めれば良いかわからず店の前で数分止まって待っていたが出てないので自己判断で駐車、その後車内で数分待ったがまだ店員は出てこないので自分から店の中に入ったところ「いらっしゃいませ」等の挨拶も無しに車両の案内、車両についてもこちらから一つ一つ内容を聞かなければ何も教えてくれず、車両の状態についてもあまり理解しているとは思えず、とてもじゃ無いがこの店で商品を購入できるほどの信頼が置けなかった為他店にて購入予定店主は一度競合他店に視察等行った方がいいのでは？と思うほど酷い対応でした。 I don't think I understand much about customer service I didn't know where to stop by car, so I stopped for a few minutes in front of the store and waited, but I didn't come out, so I parked at my own discretion. When I entered, there was no greeting such as "Welcome", and I couldn't tell you anything about the vehicle unless I asked about the vehicle information one by one, and I understood the condition of the vehicle very much. I can't think of it, but I couldn't trust enough to buy the product at this store, so I plan to buy it at another store. Isn't it better for the store owner to visit other competing stores once? It was a terrible response.
