か	かささか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで5日間車を借りたが、対応が最悪だった。今後借りる人の為に自分の経験を語る。先ず、扉の建て付けが悪く閉まらないようなボロボロの車を貸し出された。しかも、その事を指摘する為に電話すると、こちら側の責任であるかのような口振りをし、こちら側に全額負担を要求していきた。しかしレッカーに来て頂き、見てもらう長年の経年劣化によって扉の部分のネジが緩んでいたと言う事であった。レッカーに来ていた方によると少なくとも数日で起こるような劣化では無いとの事であった。その事を含めて指摘すると、車検を通している為誰の責任でも無いなどと曰い、責任転嫁をする始末であった。確かにレッカー代の負担などは向こうが持つ事になったが、こちら側の安全性やこちらの都合を蔑ろにしただけに関わらず、謝罪もなく最後まで高圧的な態度であった。 I rented a car here for 5 days, but the response was the worst. Moreover, when I called to point out that, I pretended that it was my responsibility and demanded that I pay the full amount. However, it was said that the screw on the door was loosened due to the deterioration over many years when the tow truck came to see it. According to the person who came to the tow truck, it was not the deterioration that would occur in at least a few days. When I pointed out including that, he said that it was not the responsibility of anyone because he had passed the vehicle inspection, and it was a disposition to pass on the responsibility. Certainly, the burden of the tow truck fee was to be borne by the other side, but despite disdain for the safety of this side and our convenience, there was no apology and it was a high-pressure attitude until the end.
