★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ありがちなタクシークレーム！4日前新目白通り、高戸橋(高田馬場近く)3車線の最左走行！前に工事中?あり、右車線に移るため順序よくゆづり合い。右に陸王交通のタクシー?3回も詰めてきていっこうにゆずってくれない?車番は見えなかったが、後でクレームを入れた！「看板車で不適切な走行するな！
」よくありがちなプロドライバーの行為。後日運行管理責任者からの謝罪･･この方の電話が丁寧だったため怒り?は半減。ロンドンタクシー?のように日本も紳士なドライバー増えるといいですね･･ドラレコは必要?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、第一京浜を走行中に、回送掲示のまま乗客の申込を受けて虎ノ門方面に走行していきました。後方には空車のタクシーが申し込みを受けようとしていたところに行灯も点灯してなく進入し、横付けしてスーパーサインを確認したら【回送】のまま。
そちらの会社に指導と結果報告を依頼したが、こちらから連絡するまでなんもなし。連絡したら、【てしろぎ】さんというかたからは、「そのような場所は走ってない」とのこと。
こちとら、現認した事実をつたえているのに、都合の悪いことは隠してるとしか見えないので、タクシーセンターに調査依頼を掛けました。
車番4841は弊社の車両で間違いないと昨日の当直さんにも確認済みですし、ドライバーさんの良識にも疑問をもちます。日本交通グループとしてこのような体制はいささか問題を抱きます。
事実は明らかなので、知らないでは済まされません。真摯ある説明責任を果たしてください。
