二郎インスパイアのお店で、極太麺と濃いスープでご飯が進みます。
お腹パンパンになるので毎回暫くはいいや…となるのですが、1ヶ月後には行きたくなる中毒性のあるラーメンです。
 A ramen shop that makes you want to go there from the time you were in junior high school.
At Jiro-inspired restaurant, rice is served with extra-thick noodles and thick soup.
I don't like it for a while because it makes me hungry, but it's an addictive ramen that makes me want to go after a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺は太麺とあるが太くはない。せいぜい中太麺。スープは甘めの醤油味。ニンニクが入ってるらしいがパンチのない味。甘いせい？
肉は豚バラ？薄いのが一枚乗ってるだけ。
色んな意味でもっとパンチのあるラーメンかと期待してた分少し残念。
The noodles are called thick noodles, but they are not thick. Medium-thick noodles at best. The soup has a sweet soy sauce flavor. It seems to contain garlic, but it has no punch. Is it because of sweetness?
Is the meat a pork rose? Only one thin one is on board.
It's a little disappointing because I expected it to be a more punchy ramen in many ways.

少し賑わいを見せ始めた時間帯で、少し待って入店。
カウンターは一席ずつアクリル板で仕切られていて、入店時にもアルコール消毒を促される形。
初見だった為、とりあえず定番のド根性の醤油に麺と野菜と肉を増していただきました。
あと、背脂普通・ニンニク少な目・麺硬めの設定で。
器自体が大きくないために、高く積み上がった野菜と肉が箸の行く手を阻んで、なかなか麺が出せずに苦労しましたが···
野菜と肉の味付けと太麺と出汁の相性がなかなか絶妙で、飽きずに最後まで食べきる事ができました。
ラーメンの種類も豊富なので、また色々試したいと思いました。
ごちそうさまでした。

Since it was my first time seeing it, I asked him to add noodles, vegetables and meat to the standard salty soy sauce.
Also, with normal backfat, less garlic, and harder noodles.
Because the bowl itself wasn't big, the vegetables and meat piled up high blocked the way of the chopsticks, and I had a hard time getting the noodles out ...
The seasoning of vegetables and meat and the compatibility of thick noodles and soup stock were quite exquisite, and I was able to eat until the end without getting tired.
There are many types of ramen, so I wanted to try various things again.
