施工の人もいい対応だし、なにより電話した時の奥さんが気さくで話しやすいので気軽に相談出来ます。
 My parents' house leaked and I asked this from a city designated contractor. Even with a preliminary estimate, the price was reasonable, so I asked for repair and had it fixed. Since then, I have been asked to repair the tiles of the typhoon and replace the gas water heater.
The construction person is also good, and above all, the wife when you call is friendly and easy to talk to, so you can feel free to consult.
