藤	藤田 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでの契約は大失敗…見積もり修正しないし、何度違うって言わせるのか？言ってることとやってること違うし、価格違うし。初めに言ってることと、時間経過して言ってること違いますし。そちらが提案してきたから、オプション追加したのに、あるか分からないから、ない場合はお客様の支給でって…え？そちらがあるって言ったのに、まぁ、無いものは仕方がないとは思いますが、期待させておいてどん底に落とされるばかりでがっかり。確認しますと言って何ヶ月経過したのかと思うことばかり。あと数ヶ月で家が建つだろうけど、印鑑押させるだけ押させて、設計図間違ってるし。何日前から記載ない、違うって伝えてるのに、修正なし。こちらはきちんと連絡入れてるのに。結局印鑑押させられたけど、、ホントに修正されるのか？最後の最後まで目を光らせないと何されてるか分からない今度から録音レベルかなと思うくらい不安要素多くて、怒り爆発寸前です。多く見積ってますからと言われはしますが、そちら側の価格ミスで、訳分からん状態になってます。予算内にたいので、その都度見積もりはしっかりして下さいと念を押して伝えたので、これ以上何かあれば、ここでは家を建てませんね。 The contract here was a mess ...
