営業の人間は、私の担当のみかもしれませんがちょっと調子に乗った感があります。整備の人はとても親切で好感もてますので残念。
知り合いもお父さんのがスバルファンで家族皆スバル車らしいですが、サービスの悪さに最近お父さんが憤慨されてしまったようで、車検も別会社に依頼したそうです。知り合い本人もスバルは高い使い勝手も悪いし、買って損したと言ってます。ちなみに私と同じ営業担当でした。
兵庫スバル本社にクレーム入れましたが、豊岡担当に半年くらい前に一度サービス低下の苦言を言ったにもかかわらず、今回もう一度電話するとそんなこと初めて聞きましたと平気でいいやがりました。もちろん半年前と同じ人物です。
スバルというか兵庫スバル自体ダメかもしれません。

My dad is a Subaru fan and the whole family seems to be a Subaru car, but he seems to have been resented by the poor service recently, so he asked another company for a car inspection. The acquaintance himself also says that Subaru is not very easy to use and that he bought it and lost it. By the way, he was the same sales person as me.
I made a complaint to the Hyogo Subaru head office, but even though I once complained to the person in charge of Toyooka about the decline in service about half a year ago, when I called again this time, I heard that for the first time. Of course, he is the same person as half a year ago.
Subaru or Hyogo Subaru itself may be useless.
