★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家具が揃っていて、ネットが自由に使えるのはとても良かったです。あと、ゴミも決まった所に出せば清掃会社があとはやって頂ける所も便利でした。清掃会社の方はその他にもフロア掃除もして下さるのでそこも良いが、一人の為掃除ができてる階とできていない階には差があります。
ご飯は献立がすぐ変わり、出るものも独特で好き嫌いには個人差があります。
他の人との交流はコロナの影響もありますが、ほとんどなく部屋も狭いので狭いところで一人でいる圧迫感は否めません。また、コロナ前からですが、寮母さんとの交流もほとんどないと思います。話しかける子には対応しますが、そこも自分次第です。
値段設定も、宅配受け取りや入ったばかりの使い方のサポートは全然ないが管理費はとても高いため見合ってないと感じました。配達物に関しては、部屋まで宅配は行けない為自分で交渉して取りに行く必要があり、建物の玄関に宅配物を置いてもらうことは禁止な為とても不便です。
違いはご飯があるかないかだけだと思います。総額で考えたら、安いところを借り、自分で自炊をした生活を送った方がよっぽど節約になります。

Regarding the price setting, I felt that it was not worth it because the management cost was very high, although there was no support for receiving home delivery or using it just after entering. Regarding deliveries, it is not possible to deliver to the room, so you have to negotiate and pick up the deliveries yourself, and it is very inconvenient because it is prohibited to have the deliveries placed at the entrance of the building.
I think the only difference is whether or not there is rice. Considering the total amount, it is much more economical to rent a cheap place and live a life of self-catering.
