電話の問い合わせ時に感情的になり声を荒げてしまったにもかかわらず，（大変申し訳ございませんでした）丁寧に的確に対応していただけました。
また、検査結果も1/3 21:00頃に電話頂け、年始の時期に夜遅くまで業務されてる事感動致しました。
I had a PCR test done early in the new year of 1/2.
Even though I was emotional and screamed when I made a phone call, (I'm very sorry), I was able to respond politely and accurately.
In addition, I was impressed that I was able to call the test results around 1/3 21:00 and was working until late at night during the New Year holidays.
