★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。全く話通じません。星もつけたくないくらい。仲介どころか仲違いさせたいみたいです。契約内容の事など曖昧な返事ばかりで、YESかNOかはっきりしない。都合の悪いこと、面倒事は嫌そうな態度が全面に出ます。貸主に確認すらしてくれません。いろんな条件や事柄を後出しで言ってくるので、信用なりませんよ。都合のいいように扱われてるのかな？と不安になります。
貸主に契約前どんな話が行ってたのか確認したら
全然違う話になってて、仲介って不動産屋の都合が悪くならないように立ち回ることなんでしょうか？（笑）
仲介手数料も貸主・借主双方から1ヶ月ずつしれっと貰おうとしてるし。0.5ヶ月分以上払うの、私了承してないんですけどね（笑）
ホームページにも貸主に契約成立後は家賃1ヶ月もらうってきっちり書いてあるし。それなら、本来借主からは仲介手数料1円もとれないはずでは？
事業主さん、ここは辞めた方がいいです。
どうしてもここの物件がいいなら同じ物件を他の不動産屋に頼み込んで仲介してもらった方がいいです。

It doesn't even check with the lender. I can't trust you because I'll tell you various conditions and things later. Is it treated as convenient? I'm worried.
After confirming with the lender what kind of story was going on before the contract

I'm trying to get a brokerage fee from both the lender and the borrower for one month each. I don't agree to pay for more than 0.5 months (laughs)
It is written on the homepage exactly that the lender will get one month's rent after the contract is concluded. In that case, shouldn't we be able to get a brokerage fee of 1 yen from the borrower?
Business owner, you should quit here.
If you really like the property here, you should ask another real estate agent to mediate the same property.
