責任者の方、スタッフの皆さん一丸となって利用者だけでなく、介護している家族のフォローしてくれて、感謝以外なにものでもありません。
初めてのデイサービス(某大手)でいろいろトラウマができてしまいスタッフの皆さんにかなりご苦労かけてしまいましたが皆さん根気強く対応してくださいました。
おかけ様で心からの笑顔が見られます。本当にありがとうございます。

The person in charge and all the staff are working together to follow not only the users but also the family members who are caring for them.
I had a lot of trauma at the first day service (a major company) and it took a lot of trouble for the staff, but everyone patiently responded.
