外装が、高級割烹、小料理屋のような感じでしたが、入ってしまえばリピートしたくなる良い雰囲気のお店でした。
昼セットをお願いしましたが、多くの種類の料理が並べられ、色とりどりで上品な感じでした。
味も上々です。特に、お刺身は新鮮さがあり、提供できる素材の中でも、上級のものを出していただいている感じがします。
また、鯛の煮物も良く味が染み込んでいるのに、魚の身がパサパサになっておらず美味しかった。
次回は、もう１ランク上のランチを食べてみたいと思います。

The exterior was like a high-class Japanese restaurant and a small restaurant, but once you entered it, it was a restaurant with a nice atmosphere that you would want to repeat.
I asked for a lunch set, but many kinds of dishes were lined up and it was colorful and elegant.
The taste is also good. In particular, sashimi is fresh, and I feel that you are offering the highest quality sashimi that we can offer.
Also, the simmered sea bream was soaked in the taste, but the fish meat was not dry and it was delicious.
Next time, I would like to have another lunch that is one rank higher.

創作料理のお店みたいで、駐車場が一杯で探してたらお店の中も一杯なってしまった。
でも、待った甲斐あって、とても良い料理に出会えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふぐの白子ポン酢の付きだしが出てきました。そして、柴山港松葉蟹の活が有るとのことで、旅行予算の半分を投じて注文しました。蟹刺・唐揚げは美味しかったです。焼蟹は、ガス火で焼かれて水分と風味が飛んで、しかも温めていない器に盛り付けられていたので冷めるのが早く、蟹の甲羅みそはいつも食べているものとは違いました…。調理方法で素材が別物になってしまいました。それから、水いかの握りはこりこりとして美味しく、穴子きゅうりの細巻きも良かったです。
