★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３年前ペット可の物件をお世話していただきました。不具合があってもすぐ対応していただき感謝しておりましたが、電話で、飼ってはいけないのに飼っているように、イヤな言い方され、とても不愉快な思いをしました。連絡する際は、必ず契約書確認して、した方がよろしいかと思いますよ?
 Three years ago, I was taken care of a pet-friendly property. I was grateful for the prompt response even if there was a problem, but I was very unpleasant when I was told on the phone that I shouldn't keep it but I kept it. When you contact me, I think you should always check the contract ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛豊不動産のサイトを利用すると、毎週、電話かかってきます。しつこい営業はしないと書いてあったのに残念です。携帯番号からいきなり電話せずにSMS飛ばしてから電話かける許可を貰うべきだと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までショートメールで連絡をずっと取っていた担当者といきなり連絡がとれなくなりました。
連絡すると『その担当者は辞めました。』との事。
その後、その上司が引き継ぎますと言われましたが、銀行との約束にも現れなかったし、その後、謝罪の電話があり、精一杯させていただきます！と言われましたが、2ヶ月経つが1度も連絡ありません。
個人事業主は相手にしないと言う事なのか、不親切にも程があります。信用も何もありません。会社として人としておかしいですね。
いきなり辞める社員の事も、そういった環境という事なのでしょう。

Employees who suddenly quit may be in such an environment.
