★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 世界貿易機関（ＷＴＯ）の紛争処理手続きの「最終審」にあたる上級委員会は１１日（日本時間１２日未明）、韓国による福島など８県産の水産物輸入禁止措置を不当とした「１審」の紛争処理小委員会（パネル）の判断を破棄した。日本側が勝利する公算が大きいとみられていたが、日本は事実上の逆転敗訴となった。
吉川貴盛農林水産相は１２日、閣議後の記者会見で「食品の安全性は否定されていない」と強調。菅義偉官房長官は同日の会見で「敗訴したとの指摘は当たらない」との見解を示した。河野太郎外相は１２日、韓国の李洙勲駐日大使と外務省で会い、規制撤廃に向けた協議を呼び掛けた。(青森、岩手、宮城、福島、茨城、栃木、群馬、千葉)ＷＴＯの紛争解決機関（ＤＳＢ）で正式に採択される。ＷＴＯの紛争解決手続きは、再度審理を行わせる差し戻しの制度はなく、今回の決定が最終決定となる。
