T	Toori Sorano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フランス菓子とベーカリーを併設しているお店。車中平塚でお土産と検索したらトップ3に入っていたので、お土産として購入。こちらは入口を入って右がパン、左が洋菓子と焼き菓子のエリアに分かれていました。湘南チーズパイと紅茶サブレ、そしてピスタチオのサブレ、フォレノワール、サバランを購入。チーズの風味と塩味のある湘南チーズパイ紅茶サブレは紅茶の風味とバターのコクがあります。フォレノワールは会計の為に並んでいた目の前のショーケースにあり、自宅まで距離がえるというのに買ってしまった。ババロアバニラとチョコレート生クリームで重くなりそうなところを、酸味のあるグリオット(さくらんぼ)がよいアクセントになっています。サバランは母へのお土産なのでお味は不明。スポイトに入ったラム酒がサバランに刺してありました。日持ちがするのでピスタチオのサブレはまだ味見をしていませんが、こちらも頂くのが楽しみです。 A shop with French sweets and a bakery.
