これから通うかと思います。良かったです。

病院にあまり来なく、診察券もないのでワタワタしていると、ため息をつかれました。挨拶もなければ、愛想もない、人としてどうかと思います。正直星0をつけたいです。2度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチンの3回目の接種に行きました。インターネット予約をして行きました。受付の方に『コロナワクチンの予約しています』と言ったら『奥に担当の看護師がいますので声掛けて下さい。予約の方は奥でお待ち下さい。』と。奥の看護師に伝えるが『予約の方はそこでお待ち下さい』他のワクチン患者さんの方は対応されるのに。コロナワクチンの書類を持っている患者さんと放射線科の男性が書類を見ながら話していたので私も声をかけたら『予約の人は座ってて下さい』と。予約のスマホ画面もみてくれません。受付に言っても睨まれ待ってて下さいと。最後に別の看護師さんに『10時半から予約をしているのに受付もしてくれないし後からきた人は対応されるのに』訴えたところ、『これから予約されると思ってました。もう予約されているんですね』と。だから書類もスマホ画面も出してるのに皆さん最後まで話を聞かず、画面も見ないで『待ってて下さい。』で驚きました。最後に話を聞いてくれた看護師さんがいなかったら私はずーっと呼ばれずに待っていたところでした。後ろで『何時から予約したって言わなくちゃ』ってどなたか言ってましたが、私は書類も持っていたし、スマホ画面も出していたのに最後まで話を聞いてくれなかったのはそちらでしょう。受付方、ブルーの看護師さん、放射線科の方、患者の話は最後まで聞いてください。
