★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は広いですがいつも車が沢山とまっています。建物前の道路が一方通行なのですが時々、知らないのか、逆走してしまう方がいて要注意です。(平日逆走は、ほどんど見ませんが休日に多いような気がします)
The parking lot is large but there are always lots of cars. The road in front of the building is one way, but sometimes I do not know or people run backwards, so be careful. (I do not see it on weekdays reverse run, but I feel like many holidays)

建物内がちょっと分かりにくいです。暗いせいもあるのでしょう。
対応は丁寧です。県ホームページに「障害者手帳や病状の証明の提示は不要」と有りますが、簡単な聞き取り調査はあります。
I visited with the delivery of a help mark. Parking lot is wide.
The inside of the building is a little confusing. I wonder if it's dark.
The correspondence is polite. There is a simple interview survey though there is "There is no need to present proof of the disability certificate or medical condition" on the prefectural homepage.
