小	小林隆志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くにある杉ノ木橋を探していて門の近くで徐行していると、係の方が敷地内へ誘導してきました。「何かイベントでもあるのか？」と思いながら、誘導されるがままに奥へいくとマンホールカードを配布するためのアンケート用紙に記入するようにと言われまして言われるがままにアンケート用紙を記入してマンホールカードを受け取りました。マンホールカードというのは日本のマンホールの蓋と下水道への理解・関心を深めるため地方自治公共団体と一緒になって発行している物です。佐久市は「北斗の拳」の作者である武論尊さんの故郷です。さらに北斗の拳の連載35周年と合わせて佐久平駅前の歩道に7種類のキャラクターを描いたマンホールが設置されています。この施設は2年前の台風19号で浸水する被害を受けました。周辺の道路でも通行止めが相次ぎ、佐久市内の中でも影響が濃かった地域になります。 When I was looking for a nearby Suginoki Bridge and was driving slowly near the gate, the person in charge guided me to the site.
