帰宅後、あらいは氷水で締め直し、輪切りはうま煮に、頭と残りは鯉こくにすると、絶品でした。
うま煮は、添付のレシピより酒を少し多めにしました。
鯉こくは、黒山椒、黒七味をふりかけると一層美味しいです。
来店してからも捌いてもらえますが、事前の予約をお勧めします。
I bought one that had been roughly sliced and the rest was handled for the rest.
After returning home, the squid was re-tightened with iced water, the slices were simmered in umani, and the head and the rest were carp-rich.
Umani is a little more liquor than the attached recipe.
Carp is even more delicious when sprinkled with black pepper and black shichimi.
Although you can have them handled after you come to the store, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.
