前者はとても丁寧で気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいますが、後者は間違いがあっても言い訳ばかりで謝罪も無い、利用したくなくなるような態度です(いつも)。
There is a big difference between those who can work and those who cannot.
The former responds very politely and comfortably, but the latter is an excuse and no apology even if there are mistakes, and it is an attitude that you do not want to use (always).
