一応蕎麦を売りにしている感じはあるが、メニューは中華・刺身・焼魚等々…
極めつけは激辛味噌ラーメンがオススメとなっており、典型的な迷走しているお店かと…
試しに、ざる蕎麦とマグロの漬け丼を注文。
蕎麦はそば粉の風味が全くなく、スーパーで購入した生そばを茹でた感じ。つゆ は醤油が濃く、勿論そば湯は無し…
漬け丼はマグロの冷凍焼けが酷く、箸休めのぬか漬けも古漬け…
お味噌汁の酸味は何だろう？？

好みの問題かもしれませんが、定番のカツ丼とか天丼が弱い気がします。
無愛想に見える店主も話してみるととても良い人で地元に根付いているお店という感じです。
お値段は高めに見えますが、盛りがいいので納得です！

色んなメニューがあるけど、濃厚味噌ラーメンが絶品です。
昼の定食も良いし、夜のお刺身とお酒のしっぽりも良いです。
夜は比較的早めに閉まります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼も夜も人気の隠れた名店。とりあえず、なんでもあると行って良いほどメニューが豊富。呑んでよし、食べてもよし。いろいろおつまみも頼めるのが楽しい。昼はお刺身もついてる定食がお勧め。しかし、いろいろとメニューがある中で、ラーメンが美味しいことはあまり知られていない。特にお勧めなのが、濃厚味噌ラーメンとブタそばです。この二つはラーメン好きの店主が研究した自信作。なんと麺は自家製麺。しっかりとした太麺が美味しい。是非食べて欲しい。
