I am happy that the shop is kind and polite. I am grateful to be able to feel free to discuss any problems with my house.

It's a new store and it's closer to Nakadori, so it's easier to go home after shopping. I also use the glasses and chopsticks I bought here. There are many small items that tickle the hearts of miscellaneous goods lovers, and it's fun just to look at the shop (^-^)

The staff are very kind and feel that it is easy to enter the store. When you give a small gift to a person, there are rare miscellaneous goods that are fashionable and will be appreciated. I am glad that the wrapping is always polite and polite ^^

I asked for a renovation around the water. From the time of the consultation, I became kind and listened slowly, and I was able to proceed with a great deal of peace of mind. The result was very satisfying.

When I decided to renovate my long-cherished desire and was thinking about where to ask, I met Ducraft Dohi Furniture. Until the remodeling was completed, we were able to respond politely to our consultation and leave it to us with some peace of mind. I am full of gratitude for the wonderful finish and consideration. Did it just get a little better? There were some points, so if I mention a little, ・ Perfect layout design and nice design ・ A serious and likable on-site person in charge (I just wanted a little more on-the-spot report) ・ There were many places I would like to recommend, such as 80% of the friendly craftsmen (some of them came into the house with shreds and couldn't say hello). ・ There are quite a lot of construction mistakes (especially electrical work and places that are difficult to see) ・ It is more expensive than other places (I thought it was, but I asked for it with expectations.) ・ There are few explanations during construction. (It wasn't quite enough just before the construction. The explanation from the designer was very difficult to understand, and I felt that I had forgotten the customer's perspective.) ・ Inspection after construction is neglected! (Rather, I was never willing to come from the store.) I felt that there were some parts that were dissociated from the contents of the leaflet advertisement and the homepage. However, when I pointed out, he managed to do a minimum of after-sales follow-up. I was surprised to hear that all three people, the designer, the person in charge of the site, and the person in charge of sales (there were four people in total because I quit the other one?) Resigned within a year after the remodeling. However, I have high expectations for after-sales follow-up in the future. Thank you.
