よく売っている真空パックは圧力で身がギュっとつまってしまいますが、ここのは紙袋に入れるだけなので、中がふんわりしています。
レジから工場の様子が見えまして、炭火を中心にきりたんぽがグルグル回る機械で焼いています。
1本140円で、宅配もやってます。
I had a homemade Kiritanpo.
The vacuum packs that are sold well get clogged up by the pressure, but since this is just put in a paper bag, the inside is fluffy.
You can see the factory from the cash register, and the kiritanpo is roasted around the charcoal fire.
For 140 yen per bottle, we also deliver to home.
