ハ	ハヤサカ登 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築25年を経過し、外構等の傷みが目立っていたことと、向こう20年~30年を安全に暮らすための「終の棲家」へのリフォームとして相談しました。最初こそ提示した予算を大きく上回るプランでしたが、年齢的にも近い社長がこちらの想いや価値観を汲み取ってくれ、内容を擦り合わせつつほぼ希望通りの予算・内容で契約できました。着工後に驚かされたのは、職人さんたちの質の良さ。どの職人さんも手間を惜しまず、完璧な仕事ぶり。どんなに設計が良くても現場で手抜きをすれば、耐久性や住み心地が台無しになるものです。いい職人さんがいい仕事をしているというだけで、信頼できるリフォーム会社だということの何よりの証拠だと思います。リフォーム前の建物が結構問題ありだったので、それが逆にプロ意識に火をつけたのかも知れませんね（笑）。おかげで、想像をはるかに上回る仕上がりとなり、大満足です。もっとも、その分予算的にはかなり厳しかったようで、申し訳ない気持ちすらあります。保証もしっかりついていますし、補助金などの申請も複数行ってくれたので、家電や家具も一新できました。なかなか踏み切れなかった断捨離も実行できて、広々として気持ちの良い家に生まれ変わりました。 It has been 25 years since the building was built, and the damage to the exterior was noticeable, and I consulted with him as a renovation to a "final home" to live safely for the next 20 to 30 years. There was a problem with the building before the renovation, so it may have ignited professionalism (laughs). Thanks to that, the finish is far beyond my imagination and I am very satisfied. However, it seems that the budget was quite tight, and I even feel sorry. The warranty is solid, and we have applied for multiple subsidies, so we have renewed our home appliances and furniture. It was reborn as a spacious and comfortable house, as it was possible to carry out decluttering that was difficult to complete.
